so this seems pretty difficult with all those fractions. Do you know a way to remove them? what if we did this?

(4)/(15)Y+
(5)/(6)Y+
(1)/(2) = 1
(3)/(5) ]

then our equation looks like..

8Y + 25Y + 15 = 48

now can you solve for Y ?

33Y = 48 - 15

33Y = 33

oh, i'm sure you can solve for Y now :P

Y = 1
