The region bounded by the equations is attached

Features of the graph

Some of the features of the graph are

x = |y − 2|: is an absolute value relation and hence the graph will be v shaped, facing left

(y − 2)^2 = −(x − 6): this is parabolic curve, the axis of symmetry of the curve lies on the y-axis. The graph will face right since it has a negative coefficient

The points of intersections of the two curves are

(2, 0) and (2, 4)

Graph the region bounded by x = |y − 2| and (y − 2)^2 = −(x − 6).-example-1
