Answer:

The equation for the slope-intercept form is y = 4x - 10

Hope this helps!

Explanation:

Slope =
(y_(2)-y_(1) )/(x_(2) -x_(1) ) Equation = y = mx + b

The two points given are ( -5, 10 ) and ( 0, -10 ).

Putting in the values gives you
(-10-10)/(0-(-5)) = (-20)/(5) =-4.

y = 4x + b, to find b, insert one of the points:

-10 = 4(0) + b -> -10 = 0 + b, b = -10

Putting it all together gives you y = 4x - 10
