Answer down below!

In the triangle, we have the following numbers:

Hypotenuse: 20 cm
Opposite: 10 cm
Adjacent: ??

Using that knowledge, we can determine that we will be using Sine for this triangle.

(Note: If you are having a hard time trying to figure out which of the equations fall into the numbers on the triangle, use sohcahtoa.)

Now, since we don’t have the angle measure, we will have to use the inverse.

x = sin^-1 (10/20)

If you have a hard time multiplying the factions, simply turn the fraction into a decimal and solve it that way!

x = 30°
