Chasing down the mailman, maybe a cat,
Protecting my domain is what I do.
Barking at the passing cars as they honk
Just to work me up into a frenzy.
Once I go inside, I am much different.
I am gentle, I am the cuddle toy
For the kids before they turn off the lights.
