y = 6/7x-3
First I found the slope using the formula below. Then I plugged that slope into the equation y=mx+b along with the values of y and x to find the y-intercept.

Answer:

solve 9 = -6/-7(14) + b this is not the answer but when you solve it that will be your answer

Explanation:

m = y2 - y1 y = mx + b

x2 - x1 9 = -6/-7(14) + b

m = 3 - 9

7 - 14

3 - 9 = -6

7 - 14 = -7

m = -6/-7
