If I was Bruno and I knew what was going on I would do my best to try and get him out of there. I would bring him food and water and try to find wire cutters to get him out of the fence. I would tell my father that I had made a friend and maybe he would have a softer heart and help me save Shmuel. I would tell Shmuel that my father was a soldier for the Nazis and beg forgiveness of my friend because I never knew what was actually happening.
