Answer: 61.50 dollars

================================================

How to get that answer:

Plug h = 6 into each expression to find the number of each type sold

  • Asiago = 12h+7 = 12*6+7 = 79
  • Plain = 7h-4 = 7*6-4 = 38

Then multiply each bagel count by the price of those bagels

  • Asiago Sales = 79*1.50 = 118.50 dollars
  • Plain Sales = 38*1.50 = 57 dollars

The last step is to subtract the two revenues

118.50 - 57 = 61.50 dollars
