Answer: 1.) Subject Management is considered an indirect filing method because it is an alphabetical method of storage and getting records by their theme or topic.

2.) Information storage and retrieval, is the systematic process of collecting and cataloging data so that they can be located and displayed on request. Computers and data processing techniques have made possible the high-speed, selective retrieval of large amounts of information for government, commercial, and academic purposes.

3.) Under dictionary sequence, the records are maintained for a single geographic division in the order of alphabets, that is, from A to Z. But, the records in the encyclopedic format are maintained for more than one geographic division.
