Answer: Y = 7/8x+ 2.25

Explanation:

  • you would subtract both y 7
  • subtract both x -8
  • y=7/8x+b
  • 3= 7/8 x-2 +b
  • 3 = 1.75 + b
  • -1.75 -1.75
  • 2.25 = b
