Lisa works for DAB corporation, in the front office. The front office keeps petty cash for business needs. There is nothing currently $250 in the petty cash drawer. Lisa needs $140 dollars for a vehicle repair, so she removes the amount from the petty cash drawer and writes a receipt for a fake business expense

It's important to note that engaging in fraudulent activities, such as creating fake receipts or misusing company funds, is unethical and potentially illegal.

If Lisa needs funds for a legitimate business expense, she should follow the proper procedures established by her company. This may involve submitting an expense report, providing receipts for reimbursement, or obtaining authorization from the appropriate channels.

If there are financial difficulties or concerns, Lisa should communicate with her supervisor or the relevant department within the company to find a solution within the boundaries of the law and company policies. Acting dishonestly can lead to serious consequences, including disciplinary action or termination of employment.
