What was a reason that the Industrial Revolution lead to an increase in child labor?

A. Children were expert workers who charged by the hour and had skills that prevented injuries in factories.

B. Women were outlawed from working outside the house, so the children had to earn in their place.

C. The baby boom of the early 19th century resulted in too many children with not enough to keep them busy.
