The center and radius/diameter for the circles are

Circle 1: Center = (2, -7), Radius = 4 and Diameter = 8

Circle 2: Center = (0, 0), Radius = 11 and Diameter = 22

Identifying the center and radius/diameter for the circles:

From the question, we have the following parameters that can be used in our computation:

(x + 2)² + (y - 7)² = 16

x² + y² = 121

The equation of a circle with center (h, k) and radius r is given by:

(x - h)² + (y - k)² = r²

Using the above as a guide, we have the following:

Circle 1:

Center = (2, -7)

Radius = 4

Diameter = 8

Circle 2:

Center = (0, 0)

Radius = 11

Diameter = 22
