Answer: We are provided with one unknown equation and we have to solve it:

(1)/(2)+(2)/(5)s=s-(3)/(5)

The solution for s is :

\begin{gathered} (2)/(5)s-s=-(3)/(5)-(1)/(2)=(-6-5)/(10)=-(11)/(10) \\ (2s-5s)/(5)=-(11)/(10) \end{gathered}

Therefore the solution is as follows:

-3s=-(11)/(2)\rightarrow s=(11)/(6)
