The given formula for the volume and the temperature is,

(V_1)/(T_1)=(V_2)/(T_2)

where V1 is the volume of the empty soda bottle in normal temperature T1 as 25 degree Celsius, and V2 be the volume of the bottle at the freezer temperature T2 as 4 degree Celsius.

Substituting the known values,

\begin{gathered} (2)/(25)=(V_2)/(4) \\ V_2=(2)/(25)*4 \\ V_2=0.35\text{ L} \end{gathered}

Thus, the value volume of the bottle at the freezer is 0.35 L.
