f(x)=2^x\Rightarrow f(x+3)=2^(x+3)

weneed to remember that if we sum 3 units to x, inside the function, the transformation will be moving 3 units to the left, as we can see in the following image:

the green one is f(x) and the blue one is f(x+3)
