To evalauate the function below:


\begin{gathered} f(x)-f(4) \\ f(x)=4x+3 \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} f(x)=4x+3 \\ f(x)-f(4)=4x+3-(4(4)+3) \\ =\text{ 4x+3-19} \\ =4x-16 \end{gathered}

Hence the correct value = 4x-16
