A line that fits the data is the best lineal aproximation for every point

this line must have 2 conditions

points are near the line, and there are points over and below the line

option A) have mostly points below of line

option B) have mostly points over

option C ) have a mix of points upper and lower

option D) is completely out of points

Then based on this information, one can conclude that option C) is the best fit for the data.
