SOLUTION

Write out the inequality

$x-7.67\ge8.4$

Add 7.67 to both sides of the inequality

$x-7.76+7.67\ge8.4+7.76$

Simplify the expression in the last line above

$x\ge16.16$

Therefore the solution to the inequality is x ≥ 16.16
