To find the perimeter, first, we sum the three sides belonging to the rectangle.


R=20+26+26=72in

Then, we find half of the circumference of the circle knowing that its diameter is 20 inches.


C=(\pi d)/(2)=(\pi\cdot20)/(2)=10\cdot3.14=31.4in

At last, we sum both quantities.


P=72+31.4=103.4in

Hence, the perimeter is 103.4 inches.
