The numbers divisible by 5 in 1 to 20 is, 5, 10, 15 and 20.

Then, the required probability can be calculated as,


\begin{gathered} P(E)=(n(E))/(N) \\ =(4)/(20) \\ =0.8 \\ =80\text{ percentage.} \end{gathered}

Hence, the probability of drawing a number that is evenly distributed by 5 is 20 percentage.
