To find the mean of departures, we add up all the data and divide by the amount of years, as following:

\begin{gathered} (11.1+11.3+10.5+10.3+9.9+10.8+11.1+10.5+10.8+10.5)/(10) \\ \rightarrow10.7 \end{gathered}

To calculate the median:

1. Organize the data in numerical order:

\begin{gathered} 9.9 \\ 10.3 \\ 10.5 \\ 10.5 \\ 10.5 \\ 10.8 \\ 10.8 \\ 11.1 \\ 11.1 \\ 11.3 \end{gathered}

2. Divide the number of data by 2:

(10)/(2)=5

3. Go to the number in that position and average it with the next one to get the median:

(10.5+10.8)/(2)\rightarrow10.7

The median is 10.65

The number that appears most often is 10.5

Thereby, the mode is 10.5
