The standard form of the equation of the circle is:


(x-h)^2+(y-k)=r^2

Therefore, the equation of a circle centered in (3,2)=(h,k) and radius r=3 is:


\begin{gathered} (x-3)^2+(y-2)^2=3^2=9 \\ \Rightarrow(x-3)^2+(y-2)^2=9 \end{gathered}

The last line is the equation of the circle in the standard form we are looking for.

The center of the circle and its radius is given by the problem, as far as I can see, and those are (3,2) and 3 respectively.
