Given that information, we know that there is a proportional relationship between the weight in pounds (p) and the number of gallons (g), with a constant of proportionality k that is:

p=8.36g\longrightarrow k=(p)/(g)=8.36

With this relationship, we know that if g=0, then p=0. So the first table does not correspond.

The same point can be used to discard the fourth table.

We know that for g=1, p has to be p=8.36, so this point is present in the second table and not in the third table (that has an inverse constant of proportionality between p ang g).

Answer. Second table.
