As per given by the question,

There are given that ,

\theta=(\pi)/(3)

Now,

For cartesian form;

Suppose,

(y)/(x)=\tan (\theta)

Then,

\begin{gathered} (y)/(x)=\tan (\theta) \\ y=\tan (\theta)x \end{gathered}

Now,

Put the value of theeta in above formula,

So,

\begin{gathered} y=\tan (\theta)x \\ y=\tan ((\pi)/(3))x \\ y=\sqrt[]{3x} \end{gathered}

Hence, the option C is correct.
