In order to solve this exercise, you need to use the following property of Radicals:

$\sqrt[n]{b^n}=b^{(n)/(n)}=b^1=b$

Given:

$\sqrt[]{48}$

The first step is to descompose the Radicand (in this case it is 48) into its prime factors:

$48=2\cdot2\cdot2\cdot2\cdot3=2^4\cdot3$
