I think this question was just given by your teacher to check if you know the diff between area and circumference. You probably got confused because you didn't know what a bullseye looked like. (Neither did I). You can look above to see a pic. That middle dot is the bullseye.

Here's the formula in case you need it:

For a circle/bullseye, the area can be calculated using the formula: A = πr^2 (where A is the area and r is the radius of the circle).

Now the difference between area and circumference is that area is the whole shape and circumference is just the outer.

For example:

Area: ● or ■ (Showing that the whole shape is filled in and included. Basically area is the full shaded in shape, like a bullseye.)

Circumference: ○ or □ (The only thing filled in is the outer layer which is exactly what circumferences are.)
