No, I do not provide regular financial support to my adult children because they are of age to cater to themselves.
Why don't I give financial support to my adult children?
The best way to help your children is to provide them with the right education and right value system and training.
When children get people and social skills and skills that are economically viable, they will learn to provide for themselves.
But if one continues to help one's children without helping them build the right skills, then they will remain dependent on you perpetually.
So I'd rather have my adult children build for themselves a sustainable life which is independent of me than continoulsy give them hand outs.
Of course, if in their journey to find their feet, the run into problems which is not unseal, I'll step in to help but only a measure of last resort.
