Answer:

28 days = 4 weeks

4 mondays = 4 tablets of 5mg

4 Tuesdays i.e. 2 x 5g tablets

4 Wednesdays i.e. 4 tablets of 5mg

4 Thursdays i.e. 2pills of 5mg

4 Fridays or 4pills of 5mg

4 Saturdays or 2packs of 5mg

4 Sundays or 2pills of 5mg

for 12 days you need 12 tablets of 5mg (i.e. 4 Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays)

for the other 16 days, 8tablets of 5mg are needed

total number of tablets: 20 tablets for 28 days of treatment

Explanation:

one period of 7 days (1 week) is covered by

1 tablet per Monday, Wednesday and Friday (3 tablets).

½ tablet per Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday (4×½ = 2 tablets)

so, for 7 days she needs 3+2 = 5 tablets.

that means for 28 days (= 4×7) she needs

4×5 = 20 tablets.
