The simplification of (x+2)/x² ÷( x²-4)/x+3 is (x+3)/x²( x-2). ( option C)

What are algebraic fractions?

Algebraic fractions involve variables in the numerator, denominator, or both. Expressions like (2x + 3)/(x - 1) are algebraic fractions.

They require algebraic methods for simplification, addition, subtraction, multiplication. e.t.c

simplifying; (x+2)/x² ÷( x²-4)/x+3

we can simplify x² - 4 first

x² - 4 = x² - 2² = (x-2)(x+2)

therefore;

x+2)/x² ÷( x²-4)/x+3

= (x+2)/x² × (x+3)/(x+2)(x-2)

= (x+3)/x²( x-2)

Therefore simplification of (x+2)/x² ÷( x²-4)/x+3 is (x+3)/x²( x-2).
