90 = 3x + 2 + 2x + 18 ( collect like terms on right side )

90 = 5x + 20 ( subtract 20 from both sides )

70 = 5x ( divide both sides by 5 )

14 = x

5x + 110 = 180

5x = 180 - 110

5x = 70
