The diagonals of a rhombus are perpendicular bisectors.

The other diagonal of this rhombus measures

2√(20² - 16²) = 2√(400 - 256) = 2√144 = 2(12) = 24 cm.

The area of this rhombus is 4(1/2)(12)(16) = 384 cm².
