Personally, I found the part of the Prologue where the Host, Harry Bailey, insults the Summoner and the Friar to be both amusing and interesting. The Host is clearly fed up with the Friar and Summoner's argument, and he lashes out at them with some pretty biting insults. I thought this scene was both funny and also showed the Host's frustration with the other characters. As for which character I think will tell the best story, I would have to go with the Knight.
