Prior to plotting our chart, we need to convert these mixed fractions to decimals. Since denominators are 4, we can easily multiply both sides of the fraction by 25 to give the fraction in terms of 100 and thus, easily convert to decimal.

ChickenBroth\colon2(3)/(4)=\text{ 2 + (}(3*25)/(4*25)\text{)= 2 + }(75)/(100)=\text{ 2 + 0.75 = 2.75}
Water\colon1(1)/(4)=\text{ 1 + (}(2*25)/(4*25)\text{)= 2 + }(50)/(100)=\text{ 2 + 0.5 = 1.5}
Cream\colon1(1)/(4)=\text{ 1 + (}(1*25)/(4*25)\text{)= 1 + }(25)/(100)=\text{ 1 + 0.25 = 1.25}
Vegetablestock\colon2(3)/(4)=\text{ 2 + (}(3*25)/(4*25)\text{)= 2 + }(75)/(100)=\text{ 2 + 0.75 = 2.75}

B.

The number of cups of soup will be a total of the ingredient,

\begin{gathered} \text{Total = 2.75 + 1.5 + 1.25 + 2.75 = 8.25} \\ To\text{ get back as mixed fractions,} \\ (8\text{ + }(25)/(100))\text{ + (8 +}(1)/(4)\text{) = 8}(1)/(4) \end{gathered}
