In order to rotate these point 180° about the origin, we just need to change the signal of all coordinates.

So we have that:

\begin{gathered} X(-1,3)\to X^(\prime)(1,-3) \\ W(-2,5)\to W^(\prime)(2,-5) \\ V(-5,5)\to V^(\prime)(5,-5) \\ T(-4,3)\to T^(\prime)(4,-3) \end{gathered}

Looking at the options, the correct one is c. (the third one).
