To balance it you can begin with the Oxygen as there are three of them in Fe2O3 and so there will be at least 3 water produced. There are 2 iron in the reactants so there will be 2 produced at least, and then to balance the hydrogen we just do 3*2 from the water and see that we need 6. Because it is H2, we only need 3H2.
