\sf{-10=\cfrac{r-6}{-5-(-6)}}


\sf{-10=\cfrac{r-6}{-5+6}}


\sf{-10=\cfrac{r-6}{1}}


\sf{-10=r-6}


\sf{-10+6=r}


\sf{-4=r}

Therefore, the value of r is -4.
