Explanation:

The nearest tenth is the first digit behind the decimal. Since the five is a number bigger than itself, you can bring the number in front of it up. That makes the 4 a 5. Since the 5 is now bigger than itself you can use that to bring the next number up. the one is now a two. When rounding to something, you keep that number and everything in front of it. Since you're rounding to the tenth you would keep your answer 0.2 and not 0.255.
