when converting fractions to percentages. you may want to think about using a proportion. where 13/22 = x/100 and then cross multiply therefore getting x to be an estimated value of 59.01 which you did correctly. however, it asked for answer to be in 3 significant figures, you provided the answer in 4. since the number is 59.09- we can say that the first 5,9, & 0 are the three significant figures they're asking for. so we can round the 0 to a 1 since the 9 is greater than 5.
