Helium (He) is the most stable. Helium is a noble gas with a completely filled electron shell, making it very stable and chemically unreactive under normal conditions. It does not readily form compounds or molecules with other elements, which contributes to its stability. In contrast, the other elements can form various chemical compounds and can exhibit different levels of stability depending on their bonding and environmental conditions.
