Healthy foods such as vegetables, salads, protein filled foods, fiber filled foods. Eating some of these options will be good for your daily diet it will keep you in good condition & help you maintain a healthy lifestyle. You might also think these foods are nasty not good. But foods such as oats, fruits, vegetables, nuts, etc. Can be very tasty & delicious. Just eating 1 of these options s day you will be healthy
