Answer:y=3/2 (x+1)

Explanation:

y=3/2 (x+1)

as we can see, the line pass both (-1,0) and (1,3).

we can use:

y-y1=m(x-x1)

m= (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)= (3-0)/(1-(-1))

m=3/2

so

y-y1=3/2(x-x1), and we put (-1,0) back

we get y=3/2 (x+1)
