Answer:

Bottom-towed fishing, also called trawling, destroys the seabed. It can easily break coral, destroying natural landscapes and homes that sealife need to survived.

Another poor fishing practice is overfishing, where one species of fish is caught faster than it can reproduce and replace the missing individuals. This leads to decreased biodiversity (genetic variety) and can lead to endangerment and extinction.
