First, you're gonna have to find 8+(-7). Since you're adding a negative to a positive, you subtract, so you do 8-7=1.

After that, you'll have to find 3-(-7). This time, the two "-" symbols turn into addition, so it would be 3+7=10. In the end, you'll have to find 10+1, which equals 11
