A scientist uses a submarine to study ocean life. She begins 140 feet below sea level. After traveling down for 8 seconds, she's 192 feet below sea level. Find the rate of change in the submarine's elevation in feet per second. If necessary, round your answer to the nearest tenth.

first we will do 192-140 to find the change in feet which is 52. Then all we do is 52/8 = 6.5
