Answer: Well let's see, we can start from the simplest, we know that electrons have a negative charge protons have a positive charge, and neutrons have no charge. However, the electrons are not in a certain position which can mean that this atom can be lacking electrons. While this might not look like a big idea, this atom can be in an early stage form and soon might form like every other atom
