In order to find the probability that events A and B both occurs, we can use the following formula:

P(A|B)=(P(A\cap B))/(P(B))

So we have that:

\begin{gathered} (6)/(7)=(P(A\cap B))/((2)/(3)) \\ 7\cdot P(A\cap B)=6\cdot(2)/(3) \\ 7\cdot P(A\cap B)=4 \\ P(A\cap B)=(4)/(7) \end{gathered}
