Fourth option.
We cannot divide by zero, so the denominator cannot equal zero.
0 = q^2 - 7q - 8
0 = (q - 8) * (q + 1)
0 = q - 8 when q = 8
0 = q + 1 when q = -1
So q cannot equal 8 or -1
