answer is 11

Using pythagorean theorem

{a}^{2} + {b}^{2} = {c}^{2}

c being the hypotenuse.

Plug in 60 and 61, so 60^2 + b^2 = 61^2

then square it, 60^2 = 3,600. 61^2 = 3,721.

plug those numbers in 3,600 + b^2 =3,721

to find b^2 subtract 3600 from 3721, 3,721 - 3600 = 121

then find the square root of 121, which is 11.
