we get that

$h_b=(88)/(4\cdot\pi)\approx7$

as the figure are congruent we get

$h_a=(5)/(2)\cdot7=17.5$

so the volume is

$V_a=\pi\cdot5^2\cdot17.5=1375ft^3$
